Job Details:




To ensure flights arrive and depart on time, and perform duties that are required based on assigned roster. Also will be in charge of all baggage matters for station under direction of Station Manager.


1. Be able to handle Arrival Manager, Departure Manager, and ramp duties as assigned by SM.

2. Verify all baggage invoices.

3. Be familiar with all required baggage applications (eg: World Tracer, BHS, BRS, raising AHL, PIR etc).

4. Comply with all company procedures such as manuals, bulletins and memos.

5. Supervise and coordinate with all handling company during aircraft operations.

6. Ensure to monitor safety and security of SQ Cargo aircraft.

7. Follow company, local and government safety and securities procedures.

8. Follow up with daily ops emails, HQ and overseas requests.

11. Supervisors and Manager may assign any other duties as needed.


1. Ability to type and operate computers.

2. Ability to effectively communicate, analyze and solve problems.

3. Strong language skills.

4. Ability to function well under pressure in difficult situations.

5. Good planning and organization skills.

6. Flexible schedule required.

7. Familiarity with baggage related apps.

8. Perform job duties in a timely and efficient manner.

9. Knowledge of traffic related apps (eg: Altea CM / FM)
