The right person will be skilled with:
- Must be reliable and dependable and a self-starter and work independently
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Passion for teamwork
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and in all weather and temperature conditions
- Heavy lifting required (25-50 lbs. or more on a regular basis) - including loading/unloading plants/trees/shrubs from trucks, into customer vehicles, etc.
- Load and unload truck
- Remove and restock inventory
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of equipment and the facility
- Work collaboratively with all departments on a regular basis
- Forklift experience preferred, but will train
- Must love greeting and engaging in conversation with people, while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Communicate and work effectively as a team contributor with employees, customer, vendors, and visitors.
- Must provide a clean and professional appearance.
