Position Summary:

The Office Support Worker will ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the building administrative office and support the work of management and other staff.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Provide Administrative/clerical assistance to building management staff
  • Maintain resident files according to funder regulations
  • Process maintenance work orders and prepare reports as assigned
  • Schedule appointments for management
  • Collect and organize documents needed for certifications, re-certifications, and move outs
  • Complete certifications, re-certifications and move outs, as needed
  • Assist with managing waitlist
  • Prepare reports as required by funders and regulators
  • Prepare notices to residents
  • Coordinate schedules for building management
  • Assist Office Manager with maintaining and organizing building and vehicle management files
  • Answer and direct calls
  • Other responsibilities as needed
