We are looking for a passionate and experienced Dining Room Manager to inspire, lead, and manage our dining room team. The ideal candidate has a commitment to excellence and a desire to learn and grow.


Overview of Responsibilities:

Manage training and development of dining room team

Interview, hire, discipline, schedule, and train dining room & guest relations team

Work in tandem with the General Manager and Chef de Cuisine

Develop relationships with guests

Oversee Dining Room, Bar, and Private Dining operations

Actively participate in service

Assist with managing cost control

Ensure that company procedures and standards are exceeded


Requirements for Success:
